Shift: Positions available are 12.5 hour shifts. Shift available:
Weekday and Weekend:
6:45a – 7:15p OR
6:45p - 7:15a
Will be cross‑trained for Chandler, Good Samaritan, EDOB and EmPATH ED Registration areas. Training will be 3-4 weeks. Will be required to attend New Employee Orientation which is held on a Monday from 8a-4:30p.
On‑call staff may have the opportunity to advance to a full‑time position if desired. On‑call positions is a great way to get your foot in the door at UKHC ED Registration Department. Possibilities are unlimited.
Job SummaryPosition includes the following:
- Arriving and Updating/Registration of Emergency Department patients
- Copay/payment collection at time of service
- Customer Service
High level of keyboarding accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to maintain calm during stressful situations and provide excellent customer service. Ability to effectively prioritize work. Must have schedule flexibility.
