Position Summary

As an Early Intervention clinician, you will work directly with children from birth to age three and their families, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized care plans. Services are delivered in the child’s natural setting—home, daycare, or community—using coaching models to empower parents and caregivers. Collaborative care with childcare professionals supports goal implementation and family services planning. The role offers autonomy, growth, and multidisciplinary mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy to children birth‑through‑three and their families in natural settings.

• Use coaching models to empower parents and caregivers with techniques and supports.

• Conduct visits (5‑19 hours per week) with potential to build to part‑time or full‑time based on client need and availability.

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy plans, progress, and family coaching sessions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and community resources to ensure integrated care.

Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences Program.
  • Current or pending state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the applicable state.
  • Completion of a fellowship year and Certificate of Clinical Competence.
  • All positions require Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification, including infant/child CPR and in‑person skills testing.
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
