Common diagnosis/Types of patients: CHF, ORTHO, PNEUMONIA
What areas are they required to cover? Home Health
Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties:
No requirement but would prefer no new grads PT Manager/Supervisor
Is there a resource available for them to reach out to while in the field? Yes Clinical manager or educator 24/7 for emergency or 8-5pm
Typical shifts and hours: 5 - 8 hour days
How often is someone expected to work the weekend shift? Yes 8-5 - rotating schedule
Are they asked to go into the Holiday Rotation? Yes
Scrub Color/Dress Code:
Scrubs (color?) and/or business casual? Either
Department specific orientation: 2 weeks - few visits with a workcoach
