Carle Health is seeking a driven Physical Therapy Assistant to implement plan of care under the supervision of a licensed therapist. You will educate patients and families, document progress, and adjust interventions based on patient response and evidence, while coordinating with the evaluating therapist.
Qualified candidates hold an Associate's Degree as a PTA, are licensed in Illinois per IDFPR or eligible, and have BLS certification.
