• Clean guest rooms and public areas: beds made, bathrooms sparkling, and no dust bunnies.
• Restock towels, toiletries, and amenities so guests feel cared for.
• Sort laundry, operate machines safely, and handle linen with care.
• Keep your cart and closets organized.
• Assist with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training when needed.

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
• Customer service mindset – friendly, helpful attitudes make guest stays memorable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical stamina – can lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and be on your feet for the whole shift.
• Flexible schedule – early mornings, weekends, holidays.
