Guest Services Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Manager at Embassy Suites by Hilton Lexington Green, located in Lexington, KY. The Guest Services Manager will lead and supervise the front desk team, ensure excellent customer service, address guest inquiries and concerns, and maintain operational standards. Additional responsibilities include scheduling staff, overseeing receptionist duties, training team members, and fostering a welcoming environment for all guests.

• Strong supervisory skills to effectively manage and lead a team in a hospitality environment
• Exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction abilities to address guest needs and create a memorable hotel experience
• Proficient communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally
• Experience in receptionist duties such as check-in, check-out, and managing reservations
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to handle high‑pressure situations with a professional demeanor
• Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role is an advantage
