- Minimum 1 year of multi-unit management experience in beverage or hospitality
- Proven success operating beverage programs across multiple locations
- In-depth knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beer in a bourbon-centric backbar
- Strong organizational skills and experience with special events or promotions
- Excellent personnel management abilities, including hiring, training, and developing a diverse team
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and beverage inventory management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel occasionally to multiple locations
- Experience developing training programs for beverage teams
- Marketing experience related to beverage sales and brand visibility
- Familiarity with vendor negotiations and sourcing
- Lead and support beverage teams across all locations, setting high standards for service and quality
- Develop, implement, and oversee innovative seasonal beverage menus and cocktail programs
- Mentor, evaluate, and provide continuous training for beverage staff and managers
- Manage inventories, cost controls, reports, and budgets while maximizing profitability
- Partner with marketing to create and execute programs that enhance guest engagement and drive revenue
- Uphold operational excellence by coordinating with other departments and ensuring smooth beverage operations
- Monitor trends and continuously enhance the beverage program to align with market innovations
