As a Distillery Tour Guide at

E.&J. Gallo Winery, you will create memorable guest experiences by leading engaging tours of our distillery, explaining our spirits production, and hosting guided tastings. You'll share Gallo's history, brands, and commitment to quality and sustainability while ensuring responsible alcohol service and guest safety. Working within the Hospitality & Travel team, you'll manage tour logistics, support events, handle retail or tasting room sales, and provide exceptional service aligned with Gallo's values of integrity, inclusion, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead informative and engaging distillery tours for diverse guest groups
  • Host guided tastings, explaining spirits profiles, production methods, and brand stories
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Gallo's hospitality standards
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service and maintain guest safety and compliance
  • Manage tour logistics, scheduling, and crowd flow during busy periods
  • Support on-site events, private tours, and hospitality programs
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions and promote brand and retail offerings
  • Answer guest questions about Gallo history, sustainability, and products
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tour and tasting spaces
  • Collaborate with hospitality team to improve guest experience and tour content
