• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles efficiently and safely
• Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the valet area
• Ensure the security of guest vehicles and property
• Assist with guest requests and provide excellent customer service
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

• Previous experience in hospitality, valet, or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
