Handle nightly front desk check-ins and check-outs and guest interactions;
Perform nightly accounting and balance of cash drawers and postings in the Property Management System;
Audit and verify room charges, banquet and other postings, and generate end-of-day reports;
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as needed during the overnight shift;
Maintain security and integrity of financial records and logs during the night shift
