We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to join Mar-Bella Collection and take a key leadership role in delivering operational excellence, exceptional guest experiences and strong business performance.

We are looking for a hands-on hospitality leader with a strong understanding of luxury hotel operations, a people-first mindset and the ability to translate strategy into consistent day-to-day execution.

The Role

As Hotel Manager
, you will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of the hotel, ensuring that commercial, operational and guest experience objectives are achieved while maintaining the standards and values of Mar-Bella Collection.

You will lead the hotel’s operational departments, work closely with department heads and senior management and ensure that teams, resources and processes are aligned around one common goal: delivering an outstanding experience for every guest while building a strong, engaged and high-performing team.

A Day in the Job

• You lead and coordinate the overall day-to-day operation of the hotel, ensuring consistency, efficiency and service excellence across all departments.
• You work closely with department heads across Rooms, Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Engineering and other operational functions
  , ensuring seamless collaboration.
• You monitor hotel performance against agreed operational and financial objectives and take timely action when required.
• You ensure company standards, procedures and quality requirements are consistently implemented across the property.
• You maintain a visible, hands-on presence throughout the hotel and support teams during key operational periods.
• You inspire, coach and develop department heads and team members, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• You support workforce planning, performance management, talent development and employee retention.
• You ensure that guest satisfaction remains at the centre of daily decision-making and that feedback is followed up effectively.
• You monitor service quality and identify opportunities to continuously improve the guest experience.
• You safeguard the hotel’s assets and ensure that preventive maintenance, safety and security standards are consistently followed.
• You ensure compliance with all relevant legal, health & safety and operational requirements.
• You contribute to commercial, marketing and operational planning, working closely with the relevant Collection teams.
• You manage resources responsibly, with a strong focus on efficiency, cost awareness and sustainable operational performance.
• You foster an inclusive and respectful workplace where team members feel supported, valued and motivated to perform at their best.
• You lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity and genuine care for both guests and employees.

Is This You?

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Hotel Manager or in a comparable senior hotel leadership role
