HVMG is seeking a Banquet Chef to lead culinary execution for our hotel's events. You will craft exceptional menus, oversee banquet kitchen operations, and maintain peak quality and presentation. You will report to the Executive Chef or Banquet Manager and pursue future culinary leadership opportunities.
Applicants should have a combination of education and experience; a culinary diploma is a plus. This on-site role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
