HR Senior Recruiter

Position Summary:

The HR Senior Recruiter is a strategic talent acquisition partner responsible for full-cycle recruitment for physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical, leadership, PACE, and other difficult-to-fill healthcare roles across Everent Health. This position develops sourcing strategies, engages passive candidates, builds future talent pipelines, and partners with hiring leaders to meet current and anticipated workforce needs.

The Senior Recruiter serves as a trusted advisor to leaders by providing labor market insight, realistic hiring expectations, recruitment strategy, and candidate recommendations while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

Required

• Minimum five (5) years of full-cycle recruitment experience within a healthcare organization.
• Demonstrated success recruiting difficult-to-fill clinical, provider, professional, or leadership positions.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies, engaging passive candidates, and building talent pipelines.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and organizational leaders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and recruiting technologies.

Preferred

• Demonstrated experience recruiting physicians, advanced practice providers, and highly specialized healthcare roles.
• Knowledge of physician/APP compensation models, provider recruitment practices, and healthcare labor markets.
• Experience building relationships with residency programs, professional organizations, and provider networks.
• Experience using recruitment analytics and workforce data to improve hiring outcomes.
