Techno-Functional Analyst-Integrated Eligibility Medicaid

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Integrated Eligibility systems , specifically Eligibility Determination , to support the daily operations and ongoing enhancements of a Medicaid eligibility and enrollment platform. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical proficiency and functional understanding, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, policy, and technical teams.

Location:

Lexington, KY
Work Model:

• Remote for the first 6 months
• Mandatory relocation to Lexington, KY after 6 months
• Interim travel: 4 days per month onsite for team co-location

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily maintenance, operations, and continuous enhancements of the Integrated Eligibility and Enrollment System
• Focus on Medicaid eligibility and enrollment processes
• Monitor, analyze, and validate system data to ensure policy compliance and accuracy
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, policy teams, and technical teams on system enhancements and policy-driven changes
• Ensure accurate and timely eligibility determinations
• Analyze system behavior and explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
• Support implementation, testing, and validation of eligibility rules and system changes

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Integrated Eligibility systems
• Deep understanding of Eligibility Determination processes (mandatory)
• Advanced SQL skills (querying, data analysis, validation)
• Experience supporting Medicaid eligibility and enrollment systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business discussions
