Here is a brief description of the techno-functional analyst role.
As discussed, strong knowledge of Integrated Eligibility, specifically the Eligibility determination part and strong SQL skills are a must with very good Medicaid background.
Role Description- Responsible for supporting the daily maintenance, operations, and continuous enhancements of the integrated eligibility and enrollment system with a focus on Medicaid eligibility and enrollments.
- Monitor and analyze system data to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with business partners, policy teams, and technical teams on the design and implementation of system enhancements and policy changes.
- Ensure accurate and timely eligibility determinations.
- Must be able to effectively communicate and clearly explain complex system behavior to non-technical users.
