What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire an Electronic Distribution Specialist within our Lodging division. This position is located in Lexington, KY. In this role, you will grow and maintain the electronic distribution of the Corpay Lodging/TA Connections network of hotels. The Electronic Distribution Specialist must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, be detail oriented and have an inquisitive attitude. Daily responsibilities will include researching, identifying, resolving, and escalating errors and defects impacting connectivity as well as updating and maintaining hotel set up and mapping.
The ability to work quickly and efficiently with large lists of data while maintaining a high level of accuracy will be essential for this role. You will report directly to the Director of Electronic Distribution and regularly collaborate with IT and Connectivity partners.
As an Electronic Distribution Specialist, you will be expected to work in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in the Lexington, KY office
- Formal, hands ‑ on training
- Grow and maintain the electronic distribution of the Corpay Lodging/TA Connections networks through directory management and ongoing updates
- Complete audits and cleanup initiatives
- Maintain electronic files and records
- Communicate with hotels regarding connectivity status
- Research, identify, and resolve connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot internal and external connectivity issues
- Perform test reservations and analyze results
- Coordinate with connectivity partners to resolve issues
- Communicate identified defects with management and IT team
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 1+ year of data entry experience
- Previous hospitality experience preferred i.e Hotels
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Detail ‑ oriented and self ‑ motivated
- Strong problem ‑ solving and critical ‑ thinking skills
- Ability to learn and navigate PC and web ‑ based applications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
- Ability to work in fast ‑ paced environments
- Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
