UK Healthcare is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new internal-facing contact center supporting employees across the organization. This role will oversee cross-functional coordination across technology, operations, and training teams to ensure a successful go-live on April 1, 2026.
The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of the contact center initiative, including implementation of Salesforce, a new telephony/phone system, and integration with Workday workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary project manager for the internal contact center implementation
- Own the project plan, timeline, milestones, and risk management through go-live
- Coordinate across IT, HR, contact center leadership, training teams, and vendors
- Lead implementation and workflow alignment for:
- Salesforce (case management, CRM, or service modules)
- Contact center telephony platform (vendor TBD)
- Workday integrations and employee-facing workflows
- Partner closely with contact center leadership to align staffing, training, and operational readiness
- Ensure training materials, processes, and escalation paths are in place prior to March training kickoff
- Track dependencies across system build, testing, training, and change management
- Facilitate status meetings, executive updates, and issue resolution
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to maintain April 1 go-live
- Support post–go-live stabilization as needed
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or large enterprise environments
- Proven experience leading contact center implementations
- Hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce (Service Cloud or similar strongly preferred)
- Workday (HR, HCM, or employee service workflows)
- Experience implementing or integrating telephony / call center platforms
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors simultaneously
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, deadline-driven project environments
- Healthcare system or academic medical center experience
- Prior experience standing up internal/shared services contact centers
- Familiarity with employee support models (HR, IT, payroll, benefits, etc.)
- PMP or equivalent certification (nice to have, not required)
