Project Manager - IT Services and Operations

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager for overseeing the daily operational execution, collaborating with project teams, and acting as the principal point of coordination and communication among stakeholders.

• Manage daily IT service delivery to ensure alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with support teams to optimize service performance, availability, and capacity and manage relationships with third-party vendors or service providers.
• Provide periodic service reports to stakeholders.
• Drive service improvements to boost efficiency, cut costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with ITSM teams to address process, training, and policy gaps.
• Lead and mentor teams, promoting accountability and continuous learning.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in IT service delivery, service management, or a related role.
• Proficiency in English language is essential for this position.
• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks (ITIL certification preferred).
• Experience with ITSM tools such as Service Now, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Strong sense of responsibility, results orientation and proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems.

• Possession of ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification or a higher level certification is advantageous.
• Experience in cloud computing, cybersecurity, or Dev Ops, with a solid understanding of Agile and Dev Ops methodologies.
