Platform System Analyst; E-commerce - Merchant Services

Euronet is seeking to employ a Platform Solution Analyst to support the development, analysis, and quality assurance of our e-commerce gateway platform.

In this role, you will analyze business and technical requirements, translate them into detailed technical functional specifications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive platform enhancements. You will also contribute to the design and execution of test plans to validate new features and ensure system reliability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze and document business and technical requirements related to the e-commerce gateway platform.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure system functionalities meet business and technical needs.
• Participate in the solution design and development process of new platform features, offering insights based on technical analysis.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation, including functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and user stories.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and testing processes by identifying bottlenecks, proposing automation opportunities, and supporting agile delivery practices.
• Design and execute test plans to validate new features, ensure system reliability, and identify areas for improvement.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in business and technical analysis within software development or e-commerce environments.
• Strong understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, and data flow between platforms.
• Experience in writing functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge in designing and executing test plans, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Knowledge of payment systems, digital commerce platforms, or financial technologies will be considered a plus.
