Business Analyst

• Frequent knowledge updates on the latest industry trends, including Generative AI and Vision AI advancements, IT modernization, and automation practices.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support stakeholder business requirements and solution phrasing.
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas of improvement, and propose solutions with thorough gap analysis and attention to detail.
• Interact with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Development, QA, and Project Management, to ensure an efficient SDLC.
• Create Work Breakdown Structures, proposal documents, and effort estimates based on confirmed scope.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, change requests, and user manuals/ documentation.
• Deliver presentations, run workshops, and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Perform requirement gathering & analysis and ensure solutions meet defined business needs.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment in business requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical mindset, and quick learning ability.
• Working knowledge of modern AI technologies and their use cases in business environments.
• Ability to communicate in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil and English is preferred.
• Proficient in documentation and requirement specification writing.
• Experience in agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and process optimization.
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI productivity platforms.
• Ability to create user stories, workflows, functional documentation, and process maps.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and system behavior is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for project needs, including onshore deployment.
• Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, logic-based decision-making, and excellent communication skills.
• The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with the ability to understand business requirements efficiently, adapt to evolving technologies, and translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Effectively maintains strong client relationships and ensures rapid issue resolution by actively engaging and collecting required details.
• A strong understanding of current Generative AI and Vision AI technologies and their practical applications will be considered a significant advantage.
• This role may involve onshore deployment, and candidates should be open to travel,including returning to our Chennai main office, based on project or business requirements.
