• Analyze, clean, and synthesize data from multiple sources including CRM systems, spreadsheets, financial platforms, and operational systems.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools that provide meaningful business insights.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to measure operational performance and AI adoption.

• Design and implement AI-driven workflows and automation solutions.
• Leverage APIs, AI tools, and machine learning technologies to streamline business processes.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs and validate findings using real-world business and financial data.
• Support the development and deployment of innovative AI solutions across the organization.

• Improve data quality, governance, and accessibility across the firm.
• Help create a scalable data environment and a "single source of truth" for business reporting.
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, automation, and operational improvement.
• Translate complex technical concepts into practical business recommendations.

• Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience working with large datasets and business intelligence tools
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
• Experience with Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms
• Knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning concepts, predictive analytics, and automation tools
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Financial services, wealth management, banking, or investment industry experience
• Experience building automation workflows and system integrations
• Cloud data warehouse experience (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, etc.)
• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI-enabled business solutions

• Work on cutting-edge AI initiatives with real business impact
