About the PositionThe IT Field Support Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the operational efficiency of an organization's IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include working the IT ticket queue, troubleshooting and resolving routine technology issues independently, and escalating more complex problems to senior IT staff. This is not a desk‑only position; you will perform ongoing work throughout airport facilities, installing, relocating, repairing, and maintaining technology equipment.
The role also provides administrative support for the IT department.
