We are partnering with Fortune 250 global manufacturing client of ours to hire a Functional IT & Digital Analyst to support strategic digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role sits at the intersection of business and IT, with a strong focus on optimizing Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes and driving cross-functional IT projects.
You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineerin
g, helping to improve system performance, streamline workflows, and support ERP initiatives—primarily within SAP environments
- Lead and execute IT and digital transformation initiatives
- Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders
- Support and enhance Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes
- Contribute to ERP (SAP preferred) implementations and optimization
- Drive process improvements across manufacturing workflows
- Align stakeholders across cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- 6+ years experience in IT, Digital, or Business Systems roles within manufacturing
- Experience leading or supporting cross-functional IT projects
- Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams
- ERP or SaaS implementation experience
- MES or manufacturing systems exposure
- PMP certification or formal project management experience
