As a Systems Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our company's systems and processes. You will work closely with our IT team to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of our systems, including hardware, software, and networks. You will also collaborate with other departments to identify and implement improvements to our systems to enhance overall performance.

• Monitor and maintain the performance of our company's systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues or errors that may arise, and work with the IT team to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance system performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, procedures, and configurations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for system upgrades and enhancements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of systems performance monitoring and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with system optimization and capacity planning.
• Proficient in system analysis and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
