Job Summary
As a member of the Operations Department, the CRM Analyst supports the Firm’s mission to deliver exceptional and consistent client experience by ensuring Team members have reliable technology, responsive support, and well-maintained business systems. This position serves as the primary resource for day-to-day technology support while also providing execution support for the Firm’s Salesforce CRM platform, system integrations, reporting initiatives, and technology projects.
Working closely with internal Stakeholders and the Firm’s third-party technology vendors, this role helps ensure technology issues are resolved efficiently, systems are properly maintained, and strategic initiatives are successfully implemented.
As MCF continues to grow organically and through acquisitions, this role is essential to supporting employee onboarding, technology readiness, cybersecurity administration, CRM adoption, business process automation, and integration activities across the Firm.
Duties and Responsibilities Salesforce & Business Systems Support- Support the Business Systems Analyst in executing Salesforce enhancement initiatives and strategic priorities.
- Assist with CRM user setup, security permissions, testing, training materials, and user support requests.
- Perform data cleanup, validation, and quality assurance activities within Salesforce and other business systems.
- Support documentation of workflows, processes, system configurations, and operating procedures.
- Assist with report development, dashboard maintenance, and user acceptance testing for system improvements.
- Support business application integrations and technology implementation projects as assigned.
- Assist with technology-related projects, including software implementations, system upgrades, and operational automation initiatives.
- Support the evaluation and rollout of new technology tools designed to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Maintain project documentation, issue logs, testing results, and implementation checklists.
- Identify opportunities to improve technology support processes, end-user productivity, and system utilization.
- Assist with technology onboarding and system setup activities for acquired firms.
- Support user provisioning, software configuration, and technology readiness for integration activities.
- Assist with data migration testing, user training, and technology transition tasks as assigned.
- Coordinate technology-related integration activities with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
