The Technology Services Senior Consultant is responsible for serving as the primary technology advisor and technical leader for a dedicated client environment. This role combines advanced technical expertise, strategic consulting, project leadership, and relationship management to ensure the client’s technology infrastructure aligns with organizational goals. The Senior Consultant will work closely with client leadership and end users, oversee day-to-day technology operations, mentor client IT staff, and drive technology initiatives from planning through execution.

• Serve as the primary technology consultant and trusted advisor for a dedicated client environment.

• Partner closely with client leadership and internal staff to manage and optimize technology environments, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and end-user systems.

• Lead technology projects and strategic initiatives, coordinating priorities, resources, timelines, and successful execution.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and provide advanced troubleshooting expertise.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for troubleshooting, solution design, and issue resolution.

• Develop and implement technology strategies that enhance client performance and security.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with client agreements, standards, and best practices.

• Plan, recommend, and implement infrastructure improvements and system upgrades tailored to client needs.

• Provide technical direction to assigned team members, helping troubleshoot escalated issues and ensuring work meets established technical and service standards.

• Coordinate technical work across team members on assigned client engagements and projects, helping clarify responsibilities, priorities, and deadlines.

• Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities to deliver exceptional service and results.
