Position: Desktop Support Specialist

Location: Lexington, KY Onsite

Estimated Duration: Long-term indefinite contract

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide on-site technical support in Lexington, Kentucky. The ideal candidate brings strong desktop support experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide on-site desktop and technical support to end users.
• Configure,install, and deploy computers and related equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Respondto, track, and manage support tickets through a ticketing system, preferably

  Now.
• Support workstation setup, upgrades, and replacements.
• Deliver responsive customer service and clear technical assistance.

• Hands-on experience setting up,configuring, and installing computers.
• Working knowledge of desktop hardware and software support.
• Experience using ticketing systems;
  Service Now experience is preferred.
• Abilityto prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

A reasonable, good-faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position.
