• Legal Intake Client Relations
  • Act as the primary contact for prospective clients through phone calls, email correspondence, and online inquiries
  • Carry out comprehensive intake interviews to collect client information and compile concise summaries of case details
  • Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and strong organizational skills at every stage of the intake process
• Marketing Communications
  • Assist with the creation and scheduling of social media content, digital campaigns, and promotional materials
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility
  • Collaborate with the team on creative ideas to improve client engagement and brand visibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Prior experience in marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects at the same time

$40,000 - $50,000 per year
