Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our automotive operations team. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day supply chain activities including purchasing, inventory control, supplier performance, production scheduling, and logistics coordination. The right candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and able to quickly respond to production and supplier issues as they arise.

• Manage material flow to support production schedules and customer delivery requirements
• Work directly with suppliers on pricing, delivery performance, and issue resolution
• Monitor inventory levels and help reduce shortages and excess inventory
• Coordinate with production, quality, and warehouse teams to keep operations running smoothly
• Track and improve supply chain KPIs including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and cost savings
• Support forecasting and planning activities
• Identify supply chain risks and develop backup plans when needed
• Lead continuous improvement efforts within purchasing, logistics, and inventory processes
• Ensure compliance with company and customer requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
• 5+ years of supply chain, purchasing, or operations experience in manufacturing
• Automotive industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Plex
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with lean manufacturing and JIT inventory is a plus
