Supply Chain Management; SCM Intern

Responsibilities

• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Support cycle-counting activities and accurate inventory tracking to uphold stock integrity.
• Process invoices and related transactions (purchase orders & goods receipts) to support procurement and finance operations.
• Assist in daily supplier-management tasks such as release verification, delivery-compliance checks, and backlog monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to coordinate orders, monitor supply-chain performance, and support process improvements.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs - Authorization to work in the U.S - Reliable transportation to our Lexington, KY facility -Bi-lingual a plus!
• Administrative support for the Supply Chain team
• Warehouse experience with warehouse management software experience preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving/accounting procedures preferred.
• Eager to learn and positive attitude towards work.
• Flexibility and capability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to utilize SAP, MS Excel and Word to document experiment results and organize/analyze data.

• Collaborate closely with our Supply Chain team to ensure hiring priorities are effectively executed.
• Gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite & SAP.
• Collaborate with teams in procurement, logistics, production, and finance to gain a full understanding of how supply chain decisions impact overall business success.
• Partner directly with suppliers to monitor deliveries, address order discrepancies, and support real-time production needs that keep operations running smoothly.

• Currently pursuing a degree in SCM Management or related to that field.
• Preferably Junior or Senior school year, or pursuing Master's Degree.
