Tempur Sealy is seeking a strategic and results‑driven Category Manager, Indirect Procurement to join our team.
This role will focus on developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving cost optimization initiatives across assigned indirect spend categories.
Key responsibilities- Indirect category management and strategic sourcing
- Supplier relationship management and contract negotiations
- RFx execution, spend analytics, and benchmarking
- Identifying savings opportunities and total cost of ownership improvements
- Cross‑functional partnership with Finance, Operations, and business stakeholders
- Supplier performance management and continuous improvement initiatives
We’re looking for procurement professionals with experience in Indirect Procurement, Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Negotiations, Vendor Management, and Spend Analysis
