Supply Chain Manager

This is a full‑time, onsite opportunity in the Lexington, KY area with relocation assistance available.

• Lead all plant supply chain operations, including inventory control, receiving, warehousing, packaging, logistics, transportation, and shipping.
• Manage the complete flow of materials and information from suppliers through production to customer delivery.
• Oversee inventory reduction initiatives and drive continuous improvement across the entire supply chain.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 25 direct and indirect reports while fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
• Analyze logistics processes and implement improvements aligned with the company's production system.
• Drive SAP optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and streamline plant operation.
• Partner with suppliers and customers to improve delivery performance, facilitate escalation meetings, and resolve supply chain challenges.
• Manage departmental budgets while supporting a growing manufacturing operation serving multiple automotive OEM programs.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:

• 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience within a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing supply chain or logistics team.
• Strong background in inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and material flow.
• Experience in driving process improvements and implementing operational efficiency.
• Working knowledge of SAP or an ERP system.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with multiple production lines and customers.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced SAP experience, including process optimization initiatives.
• Experience managing supply chain operations within high‑volume automotive manufacturing plants.
• Proven success in improving supplier performance and logistics delivery quality.
• Experience managing departmental budgets and strategic supply chain initiatives.
