Supply Chain Assistant with Security Clearance

Job Description Spiral Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Assistant to join our team. Supply Chain Assistant to support daily operations related to shipping, receiving, inventory management and procurement. This role plays a critical part in ensuring materials and equipment are properly tracked, handled and available to support electronic repair operations for military customer. This position is ideal for individuals with hands-on warehouse, logistics or supply chain experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Support procurement activities, including ordering materials, tracking purchase orders and coordinating with vendors.

- Perform daily shipping and receiving activities, including inspection and documentation of incoming and outgoing materials.

- Maintain and organize inventory, ensuring proper storage and accountability of parts and equipment.

- Track inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.

- Maintain accurate records using inventory and ERP systems.

- Ensure compliance with procedures for handling and tracking government-owned material and property.

- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to follow processes and work independently or within a team.

- Basic computer skills (data entry, tracking, email communication).

Preferred Qualifications - 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.

- Basic understanding of inventory management practices.

- Experience supporting technical or manufacturing environments.

- Experience with procurement or vendor coordination.

- Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems.

- Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

- Prior military or government contractor environment experience. Essential Functions
- Must pass drug screening and background check.

- Must be able to read and write effectively in English.

- Maintain positive and professional communication with clients, coworkers and management.

- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. and over 50 lbs. with assistance.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
