• Base Pay:
  Starting at $23.98/hour.
• Shift Differentials:
  Earn an extra $0.75 to $1.50 more per hour depending on your hours and days worked.

• Operating tow trucks safely and efficiently.
• Performing simple vehicle diagnostics to figure out the issue.
• Providing essential roadside assistance, including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock-outs.
• Building trust, problem-solving, and being a calming presence for our members on the scene.

• We provide top-tier, paid training for the role.
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for helping people.
• Willingness and flexibility to work the between 2pm - 12:30am, including weekends.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age - $27.50 hourly pay with potential to make up to an additional $1,900 per month with quality and productivity incentives.
