• Competitive salary and uncapped sales commissions – base salary starts at $18 per hour, you can earn between $40,000 and $80,000 annually in salary plus uncapped sales commissions.

You will…

• Deliver high quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to residential customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters.
• Seek opportunities for customer base growth.
• Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services.
• Develop and maintain records of field activities, such as but not limited to service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements.
• Collect payments from customers at the time of service, if applicable.
• Partner with call center and office staff to schedule/reschedule services, prioritize work and arrange service calls as necessary.
• Serve as a key member of the branch team.

• Must be at least 18 years old, no experience in pest control necessary.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required.
• Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions.
