Controls Technician - Lexington, KY - Impressive Controls-Only Company POSITION:
- Controls Technician
- Lexington, KY
- Prior experience as a Controls Technician or similar position
- Ability to perform Project Manager responsibilities, minus financials
- Tridium N4 certified or experienced
- Well versed in point-to-point check-out and commissioning protocols
- Knowledge of communication protocol integration: BACnet, Lon Mark, Modbus, etc.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot controls BAS systems
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with end users, general contractors, as well as building owners
- Familiarity working with Control databases
- Fundamental understanding of installation and testing of BAS systems
- Ability to program, troubleshoot, and rewrite sequences
- Established over 30 years ago
- Over 100 employees
