** Job Description

* What You Will Do:

*** Assist with managing building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatment
* Help plan and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules
* Conduct room and equipment inspections and identify repair needs
* Ensure team members have needed tools and supplies through approved platforms
* Coach and support maintenance associates in alignment with Atrium’s Core Values
* Assist with scheduling, vendor proposals, and hands-on repair work
** What We Are Looking For:
*** 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience required
* Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification preferred
* Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
* Willingness to lead by example and complete technician-level tasks as needed
