Group Fitness Studio Manager – Stretch Zone

Join us to be the frontline of Stretch Zone’s growth. As a pioneer of practitioner‑assisted stretching, we look for talented and bright individuals with a love for helping others. Many of our team members come from kinesiology, massage therapy, personal training, yoga, and other health and wellness backgrounds. The Studio Manager will learn our Stretch Zone Method and deliver excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring a clean, friendly, and high‑energy environment.

The Studio Manager is directly responsible for maintaining and improving the flexibility of all our customers through the Stretch Zone Method. The role involves servicing the client base with effective assisted stretching techniques and creating a long‑term loyalty environment. Extensive training will be provided.

• Supervises staff and sets the tone in each high‑energy studio location.
• Responsible for the successful operation and financial accountability of the studio.
• Introduces potential prospects to our methods and presents a tailored program.
• Orchestrates superior customer service and employee achievement to meet location goals.
• Executes implementation strategies and manages company standards for key operational activities.
• Communicates regularly with the regional and corporate managers.
• Provides leadership, direction, and support to all direct reports.
• Directly manages all employees of the store.
