As a Regional Business Manager, you are part of Best People
. The Regional Business Manager interacts with each contract to create and maintain a passionate approach to driving continuous improvement (known as SAVE at Mac Lellan). Utilizing our Best Systems
, you are responsible for regularly visiting your contract sites to ensure compliance, maximize the utilization of manpower, supplies, and equipment, and monitor the cost and quality of expenditures for labor, materials, supplies, and subcontracted services. As the Regional Business Manager, you achieve the Best Results by developing, monitoring, and training new management employees for contract operation and employee advancement.

• Ability to teach and train management and hourly level employees.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software or similar.

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is desirable.
• Five years’ experience in management with direct supervisory responsibility. Ten years as a substitute for the degree.
• Industrial plant management experience preferred. Automotive experience is highly desirable.
• Proven success in account management including personnel management, procedure implementation, successful P&L responsibility, budget control, and interpersonal communications.
• Up to 50% travel required.
