- EPA Universal license
- A valid state-issued driver's license
- 5+ years of technical experience in building engineering, specifically in packaged HVAC equipment repair and refrigeration
- Strong people management skills to effectively lead and develop technical teams
- Experience in facilities management or related fields
- Proven track record of excellent customer service and team leadership
- Strong analytical abilities with a detail-oriented approach
- Familiarity with performance metrics and reporting systems
