Job Description & How to Apply Below
Build the future. Lead from the front. Deliver what matters.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Construction Project Manager who thrives at the center of complex, high-impact projects. In this role, you'll partner closely with the EPC Project Manager or Program Manager to lead construction efforts from early planning through completion and warranty. You'll be the driving force behind safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client success-turning plans into reality in the field.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance strategy with execution, build strong teams, and confidently manage multiple work streams in fast-paced environments.
What You'll Do
As a Construction Project Manager, you'll own the day-to-day execution of one or more construction projects while setting the tone for safety, collaboration, and performance.
Project Leadership & Execution
* Lead construction activities from pre-construction through closeout, commissioning, and warranty.
* Translate project goals into clear execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Oversee site layout, mobilization, demobilization, and field progress tracking.
* Ensure permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements are secured and maintained.
Safety, Quality & Risk
* Champion the company's Safety & Health culture across all project teams and subcontractors.
* Conduct safety, quality, progress, and financial audits.
* Oversee non-conformance reporting and corrective action.
* Participate in project risk reviews and collaborate with Legal as needed.
Commercial & Contract Management
* Negotiate prime contracts, CM contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
* Lead RFP and bid processes-from scope development through contractor selection.
* Manage RFIs, submittals, change management, claims mitigation, and closeout documentation.
* Oversee invoicing for prime contracts, subcontractors, and client contractors.
Financial & Schedule Control
* Develop and manage budgets, cash flow forecasts, earned value metrics, and cost controls.
* Manage labor, equipment, and material costs-including composite crew rates and install unit rates.
* Support cost reporting, scheduling, WBS development, and project setup/closeout.
Team & Talent Development
* Build and manage construction staffing plans.
* Train, mentor, and develop project teams, craft supervision, interns, and assistant project managers.
* Provide performance feedback and identify growth opportunities.
* Uphold craft competency, classification accuracy, and training standards.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
* Build strong client relationships and serve as a key point of contact for project execution.
* Collaborate with engineering to ensure timely delivery of drawings and technical deliverables.
* Coordinate commissioning and startup teams.
* Maintain positive relationships with communities, building trades, and public entities.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
