• Support the development and execution of logistics strategies aligned with USSOCOM objectives and SOF GLSS contract requirements.
• Oversee daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and field support.
• Ensure compliance with DoD regulations, FAR/DFARS, and USSOCOM‑specific directives.
• Collaborate with supply chain, maintenance, and program management teams to optimize sustainment performance.
• Monitor logistics KPIs and readiness metrics to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
• Assist in managing subcontractor performance and logistics‑related deliverables.
• Support audit readiness, DCMA surveillance, and government reporting requirements.
• Mentor logistics personnel and site leads to ensure consistent execution and accountability.
• Serve as a liaison between logistics operations and government stakeholders to resolve issues and align priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 3 years supporting DoD or federal contracts.
• Strong understanding of military logistics, sustainment operations, and government compliance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and logistics platforms (e.g., DPAS, GCSS‑Army, or equivalent).

• Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) or equivalent.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification.
• Familiarity with DCMA protocols and government audit standards.
• Secret clearance or eligibility preferred.
