- Own integrated product P&L, ROI, and TAM penetration for assigned product lines, with a clear focus on value creation and sustainable growth.
- Degree or equivalent experience; typically 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience.
- Deep product management experience building and scaling technical products, ideally within healthcare, EHRs, or other regulated technology environments.
- Demonstrated experience delivering EHR integrations and interoperability solutions, such as APIs, FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR, or comparable modern connectivity approaches.
- Strong understanding of Agile and modern software delivery practices, and how to apply them effectively across multiple teams and dependencies.
- Experience with financial ownership, including P&L management, ROI analysis, and portfolio‑level prioritization decisions.
- Strategic thinker who can translate market insight and customer needs into clear, actionable product direction.
- Experience experimenting with and scaling AI‑enabled ways of working and product experiences, with a pragmatic approach to value realization, risk, and change management.
- Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment trade‑off analysis.
- Experience leading platform or ecosystem products that integrate with external partners (e.g., EHR vendors, provider systems, payers/health plans).
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, lead change, and influence across a matrixed organization.
- Executive‑level communication skills, with comfort engaging customers, partners, and senior leadership.
