• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience as a Shift Leader or similar retail leadership role
• Proven ability to create and manage shift schedules
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Confident problem-solver and team player

• Supervise employees, assign duties, and create shift schedules
• Monitor team performance to ensure efficiency and quality
• Report issues promptly to management
• Manage employee requests and resolve transgressions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Coach team members and train new staff effectively
• Handle customer concerns and employee disputes professionally
