Senior Project Manager

I’m partnering on a high-impact Senior Project Manager search for one of the most impressive, fast-moving construction teams in the market right now.

This is not a “keep the trains running” role. This is for someone who wants to own major projects end-to-end and operate at a high level.

• Leading large-format retail warehouse builds (80K–230K SF)
• Managing $75M+ ground-up projects (with programs reaching $200M+)
• Full ownership of P&L, client relationships, and project delivery
• Exposure to high-visibility, repeat-client work
• Backed by a tight-knit, high-performing team

• Fast-paced, schedule-driven execution (some builds as short as ~135 days)
• Entrepreneurial culture with real accountability
• Leadership team that actually invests in developing and mentoring talent
• Highly collaborative across design, field, and leadership teams

• Proven experience leading large, complex construction projects
• Strong financial ownership and ability to drive profitability
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and teams
• Background in big box retail, warehouse, or distribution projects is a big plus
