Deep expertise in FAR/DFARS, state/local procurement, and GSA Schedule compliance is required, with vision for AI-enabled operations.
You will mentor managers, oversee bid reviews, certify agreements, and drive SOPs, KPI tracking, and renewals, collaborating with Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure timely, compliant submissions.
