About REP:
REP designs world-class, innovative gym equipment that is sold around the world, and we are now expanding into apparel, supplements, athletes, and events. REP was established in 2012 by two brothers who shared a deep passion for fitness. From our humble beginnings of selling bumper plates out of a small garage, REP has experienced remarkable growth, now occupying over 300,000+ square feet of office and distribution space in the USA and internationally.
With a dedicated team of over 200+ fitness enthusiasts, our vision is to be the #1 Strength Brand in the World. Our commitment to innovation, customer service, and value sets us apart.
We believe in building a culture centered around fitness, so we specialize in outfitting home gyms, commercial gyms, and strength and conditioning facilities. Our dedication to excellence has been recognized multiple times when we were featured in the Inc. 5000 fastest growing private companies in 2018 and 2021 and then voted the best home strength product launch in 2022 by Garage Gym Experiment.
Our team works out together, and we regularly invite fitness superstars to join us. We organize fun challenges to test our limits - and the limits of our equipment.
This role is based in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Carlisle is considered one of the best places to live in Pennsylvania, and USA Today even nominated it as one of the Best Historic Small Towns in 2022. Carlisle is also a history lover’s dream, as it played a significant role in the Revolutionary War. Amid this charming town, the REP kitchen is always stocked with healthy snacks, energy drinks, and protein.
This is not a remote position and requires you to work in the office five days a week (but that endless stream of healthy treats in a supportive and fun environment makes this office experience a reward, in and of itself).
- Think Like a Customer - We empathize with our customers; understand the ‘why’ behind every decision we make
- Progress not Perfection - We don’t let perfect get in the way of good; we are better today than we were yesterday
- Positive Attitude - Be a glass half-full kind of person and remember to have fun
- Teamwork without Ego - We put the team above ourselves; we only win together
- Take Initiative - We drive momentum; if there is an opportunity to make us better, we want to hear it
REP Fitness is scaling fast, and we need someone who can own a site through the next chapter. We’re not looking for a manager to maintain the status quo. We need a Sr. DC Manager who has already been through a volume inflection, has built a supervisory bench, and can run a site with enough autonomy that the Director of Distribution is focused on the network, not putting out fires on the floor.
This role sits directly under the Director of Distribution with full site ownership: people, operations, budget, safety, and systems. You manage the day-to-day with enough command that the Director is focused on the network. Within 12–18 months, the expectation is that you’re ready to step into a director‑level seat as REP continues to expand.
Essential Functions:Site Operations Leadership
- Own full day-to-day operations: inbound receiving, put‑a-way, pick, pack, ship, returns, and inventory control — delivering site KPIs on throughput per labor hour, pick accuracy, ship accuracy, on‑time fulfillment, and inbound cycle time
- Manage the full site P&L — build the annual operating budget, defend it, and deliver against it; labor cost, equipment, supplies, and overhead are all yours
- Ensure OSHA compliance and a measurable safety culture — incidents are tracked, root‑caused, and closed, not filed; lead the site safety committee and hold the standard
- Own facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and vendor relationships for the site
- Set shift structure, staffing plans, and labor allocation to match daily volume — proactively, not reactively
- Build and maintain site SOPs, workflows, and operational documentation in partnership with the Ops Excellence Manager; keep them current as methods evolve
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of Supervisors, Leads, and Associates —…
