We are looking for a driven Market Manager to lead and grow our moving operations in the.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear path to Regional Manager for the right candidate.

You’ll take ownership of building a reliable team, managing daily schedules, and ensuring smooth operations across all jobs in your market.

• Recruit, hire, and manage a team of movers and drivers
• Build weekly schedules and ensure full job coverage
• Oversee daily operations and job execution
• Address customer concerns and ensure service quality
• Step in on jobs when needed to support your team
• Maintain team accountability, attendance, and performance
• Coordinate with leadership on hiring needs and market growth

• Experience in operations, logistics, or team leadership
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead a team while staying hands-on
• Reliable, consistent, and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Base Pay: $50,000 – $60,000 base salary
• Obtainable commission available
• Annual raises based on performance
• Growth path to Regional Manager
