The Fairness Project is seeking Field Staff Directors to oversee a targeted paid canvassing operation. The team will manage recruitment, training, and deployment for a Congressional District in Ohio, with a start date as soon as possible.
You will guide canvassers, set measurable goals, and monitor performance using internal tracking systems. Previous canvass management is helpful, but not mandatory, and travel and a driver's license are required.
