Right At School is seeking a Senior Area Manager to oversee multiple in-school enrichment and childcare programs across markets. You will lead 1-3 Area Managers, ensure quality, safety, profitability, and compliance, and coordinate with districts and central teams.
You will travel as needed, develop staff, drive curriculum implementation, and manage P&L for assigned programs, while building strong relationships with schools, PTOs, vendors, and central offices.
